Description: This mod contains a variety of 11 modded buildings: 8 workplaces (including the Corps of Engineers, Crematorium, and Clone Lab), 3 venues (including Pyschiatrist's office, and Recruitment office). The building are copies of existing buildings with new textures/colors, and they do NOT overwrite any existing buildings. A new class of building was added (charity / socialist) [Existing buildings placed in this category, as of update 4, are Charity Center, Communal Garden, Counseling Center, Farming Co-Op, Medical Group, Philanthropic Org, Public Safety, Redistributiuon Center, Soup Kitchen, Welfare Center, Animal Rescue, Counseling Center, & Highway Volunteers] and also the Dept of Social Services building from this mod itself. And lastly a new class of sim (Military) was added. The Military sims are Soldiers, MPs, and Corps of Engineers, they behave pretty much like Police, MIB and Work Crew respectively. They use the Armored SUV and Tank vehicles. This mod supports en_us and en_uk (though the latter is simply a copy of the former). If anyone wishes to post translations of the Localization files into other languages, please do so! Special thanks to LachlanXXI for making me aware of the problem with the original version of this Mod. Popis: Here are the assets showcased in the Winter Holiday video. To use it, make a new city in the Alpine environment. You will enter a winter wonderland. Some buildings have snow and holiday decor, some Sims are wearing holiday outfits. We are posting a document with the details of how we made the mod. We encourage others to take it farther! This mod replaces the following buildings with their snowy versions: Brownstones, Fairytale Palace, Homesteads, Tudors, all 3 types of Bookstores, Cafe, Ice Cream Shoppe, Meeting House, Pub, Public Clock. The doc is right inside the package and will be unpacked to the same directory as your Import folder.

Popis: Mod Updated: This mod replaces the stopsigns in the game that have the "simmish" language representing the word stop with the English word "STOP" on each stop sign. It just adds a bit of realism and a nice touch to the game. This mod has been updated to bring it into compliance with the new mod removal tool found in the general forum here on simcitysocieties.ea.com. It can now be removed with the mod removal tool. To remove the old one, you simply need to edit the xml file in the Import folder named signs.xml and remove the \ in front of each Data word. So where ever you see \Data replace it with just Data.

Popis: Updated: This is a new paintable texture. We've all seen traditiona red bricks, but I felt that i needed something a bit warmer for my game so I've come up with the nice warm brown bricks. The update of this mod brings it into compliance with the new mod removal tool so that you can remove the mod if you don't wish to use it anymore with the mod removal tool found in the general forums here.
