Description: This mod contains a variety of 11 modded buildings: 8 workplaces (including the Corps of Engineers, Crematorium, and Clone Lab), 3 venues (including Pyschiatrist's office, and Recruitment office). The building are copies of existing buildings with new textures/colors, and they do NOT overwrite any existing buildings. A new class of building was added (charity / socialist) [Existing buildings placed in this category, as of update 4, are Charity Center, Communal Garden, Counseling Center, Farming Co-Op, Medical Group, Philanthropic Org, Public Safety, Redistributiuon Center, Soup Kitchen, Welfare Center, Animal Rescue, Counseling Center, & Highway Volunteers] and also the Dept of Social Services building from this mod itself. And lastly a new class of sim (Military) was added. The Military sims are Soldiers, MPs, and Corps of Engineers, they behave pretty much like Police, MIB and Work Crew respectively. They use the Armored SUV and Tank vehicles. This mod supports en_us and en_uk (though the latter is simply a copy of the former). If anyone wishes to post translations of the Localization files into other languages, please do so! Special thanks to LachlanXXI for making me aware of the problem with the original version of this Mod. Description: This is a slight modification to the current game, which gives the wonderful gift of upkeep costs to all buildings in your city. By simply placing the maintenance center anywhere in your city, each building will be forced to pay 5% of its total building cost in fees at 9 AM every morning. So, if the building cost 100 Simoleons to place, it'll be charged 5 Simoleons each morning.

Description: This mod replaces the normal cop skin to a military style cop. Their hat is now green, they have green camo pants and their shirts are grey and have military badges on them. There is one bug I am aware of, the female cop in the crowd that stands near the Propaganda Ministry looks a bit weird. Enjoy
