Surprisingly, after I load that city savegame and using slow speed, doing nothing, the city has no rogue Sims. Anyway, has anyone made their city survive through these event yet?"

Although, you might need more than 4,000 working Sims to create this amount of bubble. This city doesn't has enough home for 8,383 worker so there's plenty open ground to see the bubble show. Trust me, you don't want to continue this kind of cities. Because next day we'll have more white bubble, next week we'll have only red bubble and next month there're no more bubble.... Do you know what I mean?"

Unfortunately, if you do it, your PC will have to run harder. That's why this game won't provide you to see your whole city at the top view like 'SimCity4'. Knowing this, I still really happy that I can took this unique picture on my last city.(I'll be waiting for SimCity Societies 2) To do this your city need to have a huge mountain, move your camera to the top of that mountain, zoom in until you see only ground view, raise your camera up, and then zoom out, you'll have a small chance that your camera view won't flip back to the norml view. Fly high and see your beutiful city view."
